Who I am
I grew up near Corning, NY on Buckwheat Hollow Rd. — raised on 90's music that hit different when you had nothing but time and a lot of sky. Music was never background noise for me. It was salvation. It was the thing that made sense when nothing else did.
The problem was, I could hear it. I could hear the melodies, the arrangements, the way a lyric should land — all of it playing in my head like a finished record. But I couldn't play an instrument to save my life. Not even close.
So for a long time, the music stayed in my head.
"I always loved writing music and could hear the sounds in my head — I just couldn't get them out. AI changed that. Now the demos exist. Now people can actually hear what I've been carrying around for years."
The turning point
AI changed everything. For the first time, I had a way to take the lyrics and sounds living in my head and turn them into something real — actual demos I could share with the world. Not perfect, not a full band in a studio, but real enough that people could finally hear what I'd been trying to say.
Every song in my catalog is rooted in lived experience — the pain, the hardships, the good times. The Poor Survive came from somewhere real. So did Better Than You. So did Trailer Park Confessions. These aren't characters I invented. They're people I know, situations I've been in, feelings I've had at 2am that didn't have anywhere else to go.
The goal has always been bigger than the demos: someday I want my songs sung by real artists — to be a true songwriter in the fullest sense. The demos are the proof of concept. The catalog is the argument.
